Patient Journey with SunRise HealthTrips

We personally visit all medical institutions we collaborate with and meet with the doctors to ensure the protection of the patient’s interests at every stage of care, as well as strict compliance with personal data protection and confidentiality standards.

Initial Request

 

The patient contacts SunRise HealthTrips via website, phone, or messenger and submits a consultation request.

 

Medical Documents Submission

 

The patient provides all available medical records, test results, and diagnosis for evaluation.

Also, please provide brief but comprehensive answers regarding the current condition:

  • Sleep: quality, duration, presence of insomnia or frequent awakenings.
  • Appetite and nutrition: regularity, any changes in weight (if applicable).
  • General well-being in daily life: any limitations in everyday functioning.
  • Pain: location, intensity (on a scale from 1–10), frequency, and when it occurs.
  • Complaints: specific symptoms, duration, and what triggers or relieves the condition.
  • Medication intake (if any): name, dosage, and duration of use.
  • Any other important symptoms or changes in your condition that you consider significant.

 

Second Medical Opinion

 

International doctors review the documents and provide medical recommendations.
Please note: the medical opinion is based solely on the documents provided.

 

Treatment Plan & Cost Estimate

 

The patient receives a personalized treatment plan and preliminary cost estimate.
The indicated price is not final and may change depending on additional examinations and doctor’s decisions.

Decision & Full Logistics Coordination

 

When the patient decides to proceed, a dedicated medical coordinator manages the entire process on a turnkey basis:

  • communication with clinics
  • visa assistance
  • flight, bus coordination

 

Arrival & Accommodation Support

 

We assist with:

  • hotel booking
  • airport transfer
  • coordination with the clinic

 

Arrival & On-site Support

 

Upon arrival, the patient is met and transferred to the clinic or hotel.
A professional interpreter and coordinator accompany the patient throughout the stay.

 

Treatment & Payment

 

The patient undergoes diagnostics and treatment at the clinic.
Payment for medical services is made directly at the clinic’s cash desk.
 

Return Home

 

After treatment, the patient returns home with medical reports and recommendations.

 

Post-Treatment Support

 

We stay in touch with the patient after returning home:

  • follow-up communication
  • coordination with doctors
  • assistance with further treatment if needed
