To obtain a second medical opinion, you need to provide us with copies (PDF, scanned or high-quality photos; we don't accept handwritten documents) of your medical documents. Additionally, if you have digital images from CT or MRI scans (including PET-CT) they must to be uploaded to any file sharing service.
